Why should you consider dentures?
Missing teeth should be replaced quickly for the following reasons.
- Teeth next to the gap will begin to move and cause bite problems
- Missing teeth cause bone loss and shrinkage of your jaw bone
- Missing teeth can cause your facial muscles to sag due to lack of support and make you look older
There are two main types of dentures to consider; full dentures to replace either upper or lower teeth, and partial dentures which only replace a few missing teeth.
What options are available?
We offer typical plastic dentures as well as Valplast dentures which are smaller and more fitted. We also offer chrome cobalt dentures. As nickel has been shown to be harmful all the dentures we offer are nickel-free. Want something a bit more flexible we also offer flexible dentures.
We also offer additional support using implant-supported dentures. These are firmly fixed into the gum and offer a very powerful hold.
